Erin Meltabarger

Non Profit Management
Erin Meltabarger is the General Manager of Cafe Brazil Richardson and a graduate of the University of North Texas with a B.A. in English Literature and a B.A. in History. Erin is also the Director of a non-profit organization that she started in April 2009 called Luggage of Love (www.luggageoflove.com). Erin is returning for post-graduate work in the fall of 2009 in order to study Non-profit Organization Management. She is the daughter of Mark and Lyudmila Warchol.
