Michael Hall, Senior District Executive, Iron Horse District, Circle Ten Council, Boy Scouts of America talking about the exciting things Scouting is doing in Frisco!  I am an Eagle Scout from Troop 20 in Mt. Pleasant, SC and graduated the University of South Carolina in 2015. I’ve been working for the Circle Ten Council for 3 years starting first in Rockwall and then moving to Frisco this past January. I am recently married and living in Frisco ISD.
