LivingStone International University

Barry Williams is the Senior Director of Development for Livingstone International University.  LIU is a university that has a mission to “Transform Africa through a Quality Education.”  He is a Rotarian from Sulphur Oklahoma and is married with four children.  His goal is to raise awareness of the work that is taking place at LIU, which  has an active Rotaract Club where it’s students are striving to make a difference in a very underserved part of the world, and breaking the cycle of poverty and corruption by serving their community and by embracing the motto “Service above self.”
